Work overload

I work for a catering company as a driver delivering food to airplanes. We load our trucks and unload them. Most of the time we have to be rushing because we have flight after flight in our schedule. To make the story short most of the hardest working drivers instead of getting thanked for there hard work they get more work to compensate for the slow ones. Then there is the story of an individual who gets along with the managers and hes always leaving home early, so they add his flights to our schedule. I've seen times when he sells pirated movies to managers in company's premises or I think he gives them the movies for free, while another driver is being asked to load his truck... Frankly I'm tired..I get paid only $13 per hour and the only way to make money is to work overtime. In that case they know you need money and they abuse you with an overload of extra flights.

Response from Carl: Hi Jose. I'm guessing you don't have a union or perhaps personnel department you could approach confidentially regarding this issue?

You do allude to the amount of money you're earning and that you need to work more hours (overtime) to make decent money so I wonder from your comments if your hourly rate is also part of the problem? What I mean is that you seem to suggest that the money you're being paid is perhaps not enough to give you a good life and also be worth the hassle you have to deal with regarding the slow workers. In that regard, I wonder if there are other job options you might explore just to see what is out there, to see if you can find a better job and perhaps one that pays more too?
