Work at home position

I am interviewing for a job and have had a work at home position. How do I address that in an interview when asked why are you looking for another position and are you successful at that job?

Response from Carl: I've spent a fair bit of time working from home too. When interviewing for jobs that don't involve working from home, I've been asked about how I'll cope with working in an office environment again but usually that's about it. It's not usually a lingering question or anything that you need to be worried about in my experience.

Certainly working from home has its advantages (ie. no commute) but you do also have to manage aspects of the job that wouldn't exist if you were in an office environment or any job where you actually have to go to the work location every day. These are things that you might use to your advantage to discuss in an interview. For example working from home generally means you have to be well-organized, self-motivated and flexible since you might find yourself working longer hours or always being on call especially if you have co-workers in different timezones who don't have a problem calling you after hours.
