Which job is better ? Human Resources Executive or Software Engineer/Developer

hi,

I would like to know which job is better either considering to be a Human Resource Executive or a Software Engineer or Developer ? I am asking this question because I'm looking to pursue higher studies and I am looking for a job which has less stress and fixed timings for work so that I can concentrate on my higher studies and at the same time have a job at hand... Please advise suitably...

Response from Carl: Thanks Venkatesh. Wow, what a question. You've picked two very specific and two very different positions to ask about. I can't say I've ever heard an HR role and software developer role in the same sentence where someone is choosing between them. I'm probably not going to be much help here because at the end of the day you'll need to figure out which one makes the most sense for you.

As far as which one has more stress, that will largely depend on you, the company you work for and the industry you choose.
