The same things happened to me at Walmart store here in Minnesota. Unfortunately Walmart does not understand their problem with their supervisors. I ended up sueing walmart and won after about 7 years. They are still doing the same thing. I found out that they are doing these things with several hundred other employees. Theres no rectefication except law suits. Get an attorney. About 400 of us esed an attorney office out of New York. They did help. But a long process.
