Seeking a challenging dispatch position that will translate my interpersonal and organizational skills acquired in the administrative field along with three years of experience dispatching into a position that will allow me to demonstrate my professional skills for a long term career opportunity.

Response from Carl: Thanks Ashley. I think you might be able to shorten this a bit and still say everything you need to say. I'd suggest taking out the word "challenging" since it's not really necessary.

I'd actually reword the first part to summarize it a bit more. For example you might start it out with something like "Dispatcher with 3 years of experience..." That way, you can summarize your talents and at the same time tell the reader what sort of job you're looking for using fewer words. I'd then pop in one or two specific skills that you have related to the role as a dispatcher that a potential hiring manager would want to hear about.
