The boss has her favorities

So I work at this spa where apparently work ethics don't exist. My boss clearly has her favorites and it happens to be the girls that actually talk behind her back constantly. People have warned her and proved to her about these backstabbing girls yet she continues to favor them. She defends them if they do something wrong could never admit or correct their mistakes yet if anyone out of her circle of favorites made a mistake they would literally make an example of them. Her department head is the biggest two faced and malicious girl at the whole work place and yet she puts her full trust in her + confides in her other employees personal problems and then this girl lets others know. It is not a spa with young girls but apparently high school never stopped for them.
