I'd probably actually quantify the "multi-million dollar" projects as specific numbers are always great to include plus numbers tend to stand out and attract the eye of the reader. I was immediately drawn to the "1.5 petabyte" part of your submission just as an example.

In cases where you're applying for a job that requires experience with specific platforms and/or technology I think it would be great to mention any related experience you have that matches the requirements ie. Tivoli, SAN, HA, etc.
