Systems Administration with satisfactory customer service reflected in the skills already gained from my current role profile held for over 4 years with hands on Electronic Banking system administrative role. An opportunity to build and ensure the smooth running of your systems and in turn developing and enhancing my Systems Administration experience and Management Information Reporting.

Response from Carl: Thanks Julius. There is a lot mentioned in your comments. I like how you mention your years of experience and specific experience in electronic banking. This should come in handy if you're applying to a financial services firm.

When I see the word satisfactory, I just think "good." Good is ok but it's not great. How about "Systems Administrator offering exemplary customer service reflected..." or something like that? I'm not trying to put words in your mouth but if you have a track record of offering exceptional service to your customers, I'd phrase it as such.

Being an IT recruiter myself, I'd love to know what systems you're experienced with ie. UNIX, Windows, etc? This is especially true when you are applying for a job that requires certain skills that you have. You want to highlight it right away so the reader knows you're qualified for the job. Too often in IT we see people applying for jobs they aren't qualified for so if you have the specific skills the job requires, it's best to let the reader of your resume know as soon as you can.
