Response from Carl: Thanks Ingwana. In your Job Title you refer to being a "Supply Chain Manager/Professional" but I wouldn't know this from reading your Career Objective. You don't refer to any specific experience and/or education that would lead a hiring manager to believe you have a supply chain background.

Your Career Objective also tends to focus on what you're looking for (ie. "To achieve a challenging and rewarding career") rather than telling the reader what you offer them which is what they're looking for.
