Seeking a challenging Structural Engineer position in a reputed firm where my educational background, work experience and technical skills can be utilized in growth of the organization.

Response from Carl: Thanks Hemal. I'd actually spell out what educational background that you have. Do you have an engineering degree in structural engineering? If so, I'd mention it specifically so the reader doesn't have to hunt for it elsewhere in your resume.

I'd also take out the word "challenging" as it's cliched to include this (as opposed to what other kind of job?). People often mention things in their Career Objective that really don't add anything (ie. looking for a challenging job, a dynamic organization, etc) so it's best to leave out the cliches and focus on what you offer the company rather than what you're looking for.
