Response from Carl: Thanks Kapil. As a former IT recruiter myself, I like that you've listed your technical skills up front. I would however reword it to something like:

To secure a Software Analyst or Programmer position utilizing over 7 years of Software development including C#.net, ASP.NET, Sync Services, WCF, Ajax, jQuery, SQL Server.


On top of that at the end, perhaps you could add in an example or evidence of the types of projects you worked on to give the reader an indication of your level of expertise and responsibilities.
