Response from Carl: Thanks Jon. I haven't seen too many Objectives in bullet point form but it's different and probably stands out anyways. Since you're in the UK, I'm not sure if CVs tend to show them this way so if this is the standard, I understand. Here in North America we tend to have them in sentence format so that's what I'm used to seeing.

I like the specifics in your bullet points regarding helping and inspiring colleagues as these tend to be things that people look for in senior roles like the one you're looking for.
