Response from Carl: Thanks Peter. While the bullet format is interesting, when I look at what you've written it is fairly generic without any specifics. I really don't know anything specific about any industry you worked in or any specific accomplishment of yours.

When you refer to working for an organisation that you believe is fair, if I was a hiring manager I'd ask myself "so what?" Remember that the hiring manager wants to read what you will do for them not what you want from them. If you want to work for a fair and valuable company, that's great but only apply to companies that you feel qualify and be done with it. A typical hiring manager really won't care what you want at this point so you need to spend your efforts telling them what you will do for them.
