Response from Carl: Thanks Geoff. You refer to Scientific Lab Manager in your Job Title section but refer to a general position in administration in your Career Objective but I suspect you'll tailor this depending on what job you're applying for.

Given your 20 years of experience, I suspect you have experience and accomplishments you could mention specifically rather than mentioning a general comment like "enhance my ability to perform the tasks required."
