Sales favoritism

I work for a company that pays based on sales per month. We have 7 employees but 3 get quotes fed to them daily. The rest of us have to work for our sales. It would not be a big deal but the chosen 3 are all from higher tax bracket families and because of the quotes they receive they make about $20,000.00 more a year than the rest of us (all of us have been here longer by the way). The worst part is we are talked down to and punished for not keeping up.

Response from Carl: Hi Larry. I've worked in sales environments and typically it's the most experienced and proven people who get the leads not the new ones. Mind you with favoritism it's difficult sometimes to understand why some people get favorable treatment isn't it?
