To find an opportunity to make the best use of my skills and experience as a trainer through would like to contribute to the growth of the organization and upgrade myself as well.

Response from Carl: Thanks Govinda. It looks like you're making reference in your Objective working in the past as a trainer which I suspect involves teaching, working with people, etc so that's a good thing to make reference to.

The rest of the your Objective does read in terms of what you're looking for though ie. making the best use of your skills, upgrade myself. Remember to focus your Objective on what you offer the employer and not what you're looking for. You can talk about what you're looking for when you're well into the interview process.
