Resignation during the probationary period

Please I really need your help.

Its about cancelling my employment visa. I went here in sharjah on visit visa only, and I got a job, then after my visit visa expired I exit in kish island and after 20 days my employment visa came. Now im working in the company for almost one month, I wish to cancel and find another job, I told my manager that im going to cancel my employment visa and find another job, he said if you want to cancel your visa you have to pay me all the expenses for your visa, he told me he is the one who sponsored me, and he told me if that?s happen his going to send me back to my country.

My question

Is it possible that I can cancel my employment visa, I don't have the labour card, working permit, residence visa, I never sign any contract even job offer I don't have, verbal offer only. (oh I forgot to tell you the owner of the company where I was working is a friend of my sister that's way they don't issue a job offer)?

As I said I don't have labour card, working permit, residence visa and I never sign a contract is it true that I may get a working ban or some thing like that?

Do I really have to pay all the expenses to my manager or to my company because they said im only 1month to them? I have consulted some of my friends and they told me that is the law. They said im going to pay around 7000-8000aed?.

Is it true that they can send me back to my own country,even if I came here as a visit visa? (I want to stay here to look for another job)

And one thing they got my original passport and the employment visa they said they need it,

Response from Carl: Hi MIra. Unfortunately I won't be of much help to you. You really need someone who understands the local labour market and local laws which I do not. Hopefully because your sister is involved in the situation, perhaps there is something she can do to help but I really can't offer anything specific otherwise as I'm unfamiliar with the local laws in the UAE.
