Response from Carl: Thanks Dr. Majeed. First off, I'd turn what you've written into full sentences rather than short bullet points. Not only does it look more professional but offers more information. Currently what you've written looks like several bullet points from a job description. If you've actually done the tasks listed in your current Career Objective, I'd expand on each and let the reader know the extend of your experience with each ie. values of the research grants, etc.

Also, since you're a doctor I'd expect to see a mention of what degree(s) you hold but there is nothing listed so I'd suggest adding that in as well.
