Response from Carl: Thanks Siew. I like that you specifically mention your years of experience and your area of expertise ie. R&D of sauces and health food.

I would however take out the numerous references to what you're looking for (ie. challenging rewarding career, professional growth) since the purpose of the Career Objective is to showcase your skills and give the reader reasons to interview you but you've tended to focus on what you want from them instead.
