Response from Carl: Thanks Arunthia. I like this. I think you did a good job of referring to the job type you're looking for and level of experience you have, several skills that you bring to the table and the specific field that you have experience in.

Since you mention that you have 8 years of management experience, I think you've certainly shown that you have the experience to manage a team and would therefore be a good candidate for a management position that requires staff management.

You might consider adding the number of staff that you've managed during your career (ie. the size of the teams you've managed) when a job you're applying for tells you how many staff you'd have to manage and you have this experience.
