Innovative, results-producing Marketing Professional with a proven record of accomplishments. Proficient in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies. Solid leadership skills, excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. Self-starter, creative & committed.

Response from Carl: Thanks Karen. I think you're off to a good start and have listed a number of good attributes that you have that a hiring manager would like to read about.

Can you add in some specifics rather than just mentioning your skills? Instead of just mentioning "results-producing" can you quantify it? Can you tell the size or scope of the "marketing strategies?"

Also, perhaps you could indicate your level of experience (when applicable) ie. if you're applying to a job that requires 5-7 years of marketing experience and you are within the range.

Finally, just to keep things formal, I'd get rid of the "&" signs and spell out the word "and" in full.

Carl
