Managing and leading more than 15 employees for delivering the best services to customers in one of the largest top local Fast Food companies in Egypt, Set up of delivery system via phone and internet and follow up on its implementation, Handling customers’ complaints and sorting out their problems in a professional way, Meeting with customers to agree on catering system and requests in terms of food, beverage and services, Creating new systems for attracting customers to our goods, Organize catering system and follow up on its reservations, Interaction with all the departments and branches of the company to update all the company’s changes, Hard working, cooperative, energetic, accurate, friendly, self confident, Follow-up developments daily work through emails or phone by colleagues, managers and officials, and the exchange of important information to be carried out daily, I use the Computer to improve and develop the work and the most important information is stored with the possibility of retrieving at any time and Modified according to the needs of work as per company policy.

Response from Carl: Thanks Ayman. While some of what you've written looks like what I'd expect to read in a Career Objective, a lot of waht you've written looks like your job description. What you've written is pretty long so I'd chop it down and focus on your accomplishments rather than your duties.
