I'd add in some details regarding your project management experience i.e. budget of projects, team sizes, etc. Do you have a track record of finishing projects on time and/or on budget? Any specifics to help the reader see the extent of your experience and skillset would help.

In fact, I'd get rid of all the text starting with "...seeking a challenging and rewarding position..." because this entire part simply talks about what you want from the employer when you should be telling them why they need to interview you.
