With 4 years experience in a Manufacturing Company, I am seeking a position that will use my technical skills and knowledge where I can contribute to the operations in any capacity that matches my experience.

Response from Carl: Thanks Gil. Do you have an engineering background (ie. degree, diploma) that you could refer to? How about some specifics related to your previous experience in process engineering that you could mention?

You spend a fair bit of space mentioning generalities so you could use more specifics. I'd read over what you wrote and see how you replace it with specifics ie. give us some accomplishments that you were responsible for, let us know what tasks you completed, let us know what you did at your previous job in the role of process engineer that a potential hiring manager would want to know about. Instead of just mentioning "technical skills" give the reader an example or two of what they are.
