PROBATION PERIOD INFORMING LIMIT TO EMPLOYER BY EMPLOYEE

HELLO!
my name is KHALID.i am an ENGINEER, i have 1 year experiance, 1 month before i was working in MUMBAI,INDIA.last month a deligation came to INDIA for hiring engineer.i gave interview and out of 40 candidate ,they selected me.now when i came here to muscat,the work criteria is totally different.i am writing you just few things,

1-they are saying me to bring business for them(what do you ?is it a work of Architect,i am new in gulf i dont know thats why asking you)

2-here is no staff with me,where as in INDIA ,1 draft man,1 supervisor worked under me.i am not enjoying a single moment here.

3 they are SUB CONTRACTOR of contracting companies,Then why they hired me and decieved me?

4-they have cheated me not giving the exact employment visa of engineer,they have given me the false ceiling installer visa.

5 i have also given 1 lakh indian rupees to the agent throgh which i came here.:(

NOW MY QUESTION IS ,IN MY AGREEMENT,I HAVE 3 MONTH PRBATION PERIOD TIME,WHICH IS GOING TO FINISH IN APRIL 20TH.BEFORE HOW MANY DAYS I NEED TO INFORM THEM FOR RESIGNATION?OR IF I INFORM THEM AFTER PROBATION PERIOD,WILL IT BE APPPLICABLE OR NOT?

please tell me should i continue here or go back to india,or search job here untill i am here?

Response from Carl: Sorry about this situation you're facing, Khalid. I'm not sure what you should do as ultimately it will be you who has to make the decision. If the company has deceived you and you feel that you can't trust them you're probably best to keep your eyes open for a new job opportunity.
