Response from Carl: Thanks Tom. Based on what you wrote above, it seems that you are applying for a specific position namely a paint line assistant role. If so and if you have this experience already I'd start the Career Objective by saying something like:

"Paint line assistant with X years of experience..."


You don't currently refer to any paint line experience in your Career Objective so I'm not sure if you have existing experience or not? If so, I'd certainly add it in somehow.
