One Boss Mom and Two Co-worker Sisters

I work in a daycare with two co-workers that are sisters, plus other co-workers that are non-related. The mom just happens to be the person in charge. So basically if anything is said or done not to the girls "perfection" - they tattle-tail to mom.

For instance, Friday is laundry day for my room to get all the nap time sheets washed. The younger sister is in the baby room with the washer and dryer. Her job consists of doing laundry and taking care of the babies. This morning, I walked in to find that my laundry was not complete - so I asked her why. She said she didn't have time to do it and it will get done by the time nap time arrives. Just after that conversation, boss mom walks in my room saying that laundry is our own responsibility to get done. I was shocked because how am I supposed to look after 15 pre-schoolers, clean the daycare, do programmming AND THE LAUNDRY. I only make $10.00/hr....this is my example of favouritism.
