Response from Carl: Thanks Nilesh. Good use of your skills (ie. designing networks, organizing infrastructure) but perhaps you could indicate your years of experience and any designations you have.

Instead of mentioning that you're looking for a "challenging position" I'd mention specifically what you're looking for which I presume is a Network Engineer role or similar.

If you hold your CNE or CCIE or something like that, I'd mention in right away in your Objective to indicate to the reader your level of expertise.
