Response from Carl: Thanks Saif. You don't mention what level of experience you have so I'm unsure as to your years of experience which a hiring manager typically wants to know immediately.

As an IT recruiter, I'd want to know what platform(s) you work on and if you have any relevant certifications since these are typically two factors that hiring managers tell us they're looking for right away. If you work on Windows, UNIX, Cisco technologies, etc I'd mention it. If you have an MCSE or CNA or whatever, I'd mention that too.

Also, just to keep things formal I'd take out the "&" sign and write "and" in full.
