so very true experiencing this now. Sad but true the government funds this organisation but I am joining of the those that have left it is not worth the bother

I worked for a not for profit a few years ago and a new (very rich) CEO started who has systematically pushed 15 people (out of 17) out of their jobs by bullying (me included) and replaced them with people she has connections to from previous jobs or in her personal life. Many of the people had been with the organisation for many years and made formal complaints to the Board of Directors - no one has received a reply. Bearing in mind she is also connected to 3 of the people on the Board - I think that's how she got the job. Taking it any further (going over the Board and taking things to the Government funding body) would be professional suicide as the industry is very intertwined.
