Would you say that experience in group projects taken during the Degree would be enough to substantiate the statement
"motivating team player"?

Response from Carl: I had a feeling that this is the team player experience you were referring to but there was no specific reference so I thought I'd mention this point. Perhaps there is a way you can mention it in your objective or perhaps in your cover letter better yet.
