and innovate business strategies in order to foster sales and growth leading to new business opportunities by effectively utilizing skills like interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem solving through hard work and commitment.

Response from Carl: Thanks Candy. I'm not sure what "IB" stands for that you refer to in your Job Title so I'd suggest spelling it out fully just so the reader understands exactly what it means. There are many acronyms flying around these days and it's sometimes hard to keep track of them.

Your Career Objective itself is one long sentence and seems to compact a lot of information in there but I'm not really sure what it adds or how it helps to "sell" your skills. From your Job Title it seems that you hold an MBA so first off, I'd mention this in the Career Objective. Many of the aspects of your Career Objective refer to things that you'd like to do whereas I think you'd be better off mentioning 2-3 skills or aspects of your experience that would illustrate how you fit the job you're applying for.
