Seeking a Materials Management & Vendor Development position, where I can apply my 43 months experience of capital procurement and technical & managerial knowledge, with the goal to optimise procurement cost, operational effectiveness and budgeting expenses.

Response from Carl: Thanks Sachin. I think it's good that you specify your level of experience and list several specific areas of expertise in the materials management field that you have achieved.

I generally don't recall seeing too many people stating their experience in months unless they don't have too much experience and are trying to make themselves sound more experienced than they are so I'd be careful about how you phrase it. Stating that you have "3+ years of experience" is how I'd normally expect to see it written.

Just to keep things formal I'd get rid of the "&" statements and use the word "and" instead.
