The one thing I'd be careful about is when you qualify a number of things that you're looking for such as "mid-senior" position and "medium/large-sized" company since people reading this might define these terms differently from the way you do. You don't want to eliminate yourself from consideration because of a misunderstanding of how you've defined what you're looking for.
