Response from Carl: Thanks Ming. I think it's good that you mentioned your specific degree. Many people often leave it out but I always like to see it right away in the Career Objective and I suspect many hiring managers do too.

I'd try to see if you could replace words that you've written like "in an innovative and flexible organization" (which are words that don't really add much to your candidacy) and instead focus on adding a few specifics related to your prior experience and/or accomplishments that a person looking for a Market Coordinator would want to know that you have.
