Response from Carl: Thanks Iheanacho. I like how you've specifically listed your areas of expertise but I'd probably work on the end part of your statement.

The part that reads "...looks forward to secure a challenging..." is a section I'd reword a bit. In fact you might just reword it to read something like this:

Senior Surveyor with 16 years progressive experience in Seismic and Pipe Line (Environmental Survey)companies and academic qualifications of HND in Surveying and Goeinformatics, and MSc. in Environmental Management...

When you get to the "..." part that I left blank, I'd fill in this area with a few specific skills and accomplishments that a potential hiring manager would like to read about.
