Lack of work experience

What happens if I lack work experience and are willing to get a job for the first time and it happens that am such a hard worker?

Response from Carl: Thanks Pertunia. It depends on the type of job of course but if you are able to afford it, you could offer to work for a company for free for a period of time to get some experience with the agreement that they would consider hiring you when your initial free work period if over. In some industries this is called an internship where you work for free and gain valuable experience.

You could speak with companies that you're interested to work for and let them know that while you don't have the experience they are looking for, you are a hard worker and then give evidence of your skills and other experiences.

Also, make a list of references, people who companies can call to enquire about your skills and experience who can give evidence that you are a good person that the company should consider hiring.
