Response from Carl: Thanks Bilal. I'd get rid of the "Now looking to a..." sentence since it seems that you're going to focus on what you want rather than what you offer the employer which is what they're looking for.

I'd also take the first sentence you're written and add some specifics regarding relevant accomplishments rather than simply listing areas of your expertise.
