Response from Carl: Thanks Ashok. I think you've written some interesting points about your background that someone looking to hire an IT networking professional like yourself would want to know. I like that you've written about the number of desktop users that you've supported as in my experience, hiring managers do want to know about the size of the environment you've worked in.

One suggestion: you do mention that you are a "certified professional of Microsoft and Cisco" but these designations kind of get lost in what you've written. I'd think about beginning your Career Objective by showing these designations and mentioning something like "Microsoft Certified Professional and Cisco Certified Professional with 2 years of experience...." or whichever designations you happen to have.

I suspect you also include the logos of the 2 certifications on your resume which always helps to clearly show what designations you have? I always like when candidates do this as again, it helps to clearly show what designations you hold.
