Job Interviewing And Interview Success
Interviewing can be a stressful and difficult time of the job search process.
The job interview is typically where jobs are won and lost.
That's not to say that your ability to perform while interviewing will determine your success in the job!
In reality your performance in the interview probably has very little correlation to how well you'll do in the job.
When approaching the job interview, your best bet is to prepare well in advance and look at the interview as your shot at showing the employer why you're the best person for the job while also ensuring that it's actually a job that you want.
In that regard, remember that interviewing is a two-way street:
While you're trying to sell yourself to the company they should also be selling the job and the company to you.
While some job interview skills might be innate, many can be learned, practiced and improved upon.
