With 8 years experience in construction work with large scale projects, seeking an intermediate engineering position where I can participate in developing the work and gain more experiences.

Since you mention that you're looking for a an Intermediate Civil Engineering position, I'd think you must have some sort of engineering degree or diploma that you could mention here?

I would also mention some specifics regarding the "large scale projects" that you've worked on just so the reader can understand what you've accomplished in your career so far.
