by Sterling McClung
(Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada)

Microsoft Small Business Specialist and graduate of the University of Lethbridge looking to assist businesses adapt to the constant changes in technology. With over 8 years of experience with supporting end users and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server and SQL Server this professional seeks to provide complete network support and management.

(The is for a job "application" for a full-time job that I hope to fill as a managed service provider, not an employee)

Response from Carl: Thanks Sterling and thanks too for your explanation at the bottom which is helpful. I like the way this reads. I think it's informative and to the point.

The only thing I could think of suggesting would be to specifically mention your degree from university especially if the job calls for it just so the hiring manager doesn't miss this point.

If appropriate, you might also consider mentioning the range of users you've handled in the past as in my experience, hiring manager often like to know the size of the environment(s) you've worked in.
