Industrial Engineering

To obtain a position in the engineering field in order to gain experience and provide myself with the opportunity to enhance my technical, analytical and leadership skills while contributing to the company’s success.

Response from Carl: Thanks Jessica. I wonder if you hold some sort of engineering designation (ie. degree) that would be helpful to mention? If so, it would immediately tell me your background (ie. chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc) so I know exactly about your area of expertise. I see that you mentioned Industrial Engineering in the Title section but it's not part of the Objective which would be right in your resume

I also don't know yet what sort of position you're looking for from what you've typed ie. experienced/entry level, hands-on engineering, hands-off, etc.

I'd probably rethink the parts about "in order to gain experience" and "provide myself" as these are very self serving statements that focus on you. Remember that the person reading your career objective and your resume is considering hiring you for what you can offer them and not the other around. You'll get to tell them what you're looking for once you're in the interview process.
