Inbound call centre manager

I have experience in a call centre in both inbound and outbound call centres as a team leader, quality assurance analyst and a junior trainer specialising in systems training.

I'd take out the "I have experience...." comment and replace with it with something like "Call centre team leader with 'X' years of experience..." where X represents your actual years of experience, or something like that. I'd also add the size of teams you've managed or led.

I think it's good that you mentioned that you are experienced in training staff but I'd probably take out the previous jobs that you held like quality assurance analyst and a junior trainer since you aren't applying for a QA or training job. Mentioning that you have training experience is certainly good to have but you're focusing on a Inbound Call Centre Manager position as your Job Title suggests.
