I am a minority in my own country and work

I have a office manager that goes on rants and witch hunts that is from a former communist country, and when she gets someone fired she brings in her kind only, our office is 4-2 now, they speak their language in front of me, and protect and stick up and place blame on other people, they are never at fault. This has resulted in others being fired and being replaced by their nationality only. She approached me and told me she knew of a friend of hers that could replace me. So basically to watch my back. I am totally on my own. She also pushes her religious beliefs which fall nothing short of cult like.Her new hires are her son, her best friend, her best friends niece.

Response from Carl: Sorry about your situation Leigh. Having a manager encouraging speaking another language other than one of the two official ones isn't right unless everyone in the company speaks that language since it tends to create cliques i.e. those who speak that language and those that don't, something that you seem to be indicating too. I'm surprised someone above this manager hasn't done something about the language thing at a minimum.
