find your dream career

Human Resources

by Hemant Pant
(Nepal)

My career objective is to professionalize myself in the field of human resource management and to become the successful human resource manager with possessing the capabilities of managing the human resource efficiently and effectively within 5 years.

Response from Carl: Thanks Hemant. I'd take out the words "My career objective" as your resume tends to be an impersonal document and you don't really need to mention this explicitly in the Career Objective itself.

Your Career Objective seems to talk about what you'd like to do rather than what you will do for the employer. A typical employer wants to know what you will do for them now and why they should interview for a job now but there is no mention of this.

Think about the job you're applying for and what skills and experience that it requires and compare it to the skills and experience you have. This is what a potential employer will want to see in your Career Objective.
