To better facilitate the Students learning in the area of Human Resources and Seeking to utilize my communication skills, subject knowledge, and interests towards the development of the Institute as a whole and contributing students to grow and be efficient in their efforts.

Do you have any relevant education (ie. degree in HR or related field) that you could allude to? You refer to your "subject knowledge" so I wonder if you could mention it specifically here to focus the reader on your relevant skills? HR is a wide field so perhaps you have specific skills in some areas of HR that you could allude to here.
