With an extensive 7-years background in HR, I am seeking a senior position which will allow me to utilize my experiences and train my team in in recruitment, compensation & SAP HCM areas.

Response from Carl: Thanks Ikram. From what I read, you're an SAP professional but I'm not entirely sure. When I began to read your career objective and you mention that you wanted a position in HR, I assumed you're a human resources professional but as I continued to read, you refer to SAP so I'm unsure if you're an HR pro who has experience working on SAP or if you're an SAP pro with experience with the HR module? I'd try to clear this up and make it clear to the reader as to exactly what your background is and what you're looking for.
