An HR generalist with 15 years experience in senior management position exposed to corporate HR policy and system development and implementation from ground zero, and effectively managing industrial relations in a potentially turbulent industry, I am seeking for a job challenge that will enable me fully utilise my experience and further strengthen me professionally.

Response from Carl: Thanks Kwame. As an HR pro, I think it's good that you refer to some of the human resources functions that you have experience with i.e. HR policy, system development.

I'd try to amend the end part of your career objective and stay away from saying things like "enable me fully utilise my experience and further strengthen me professionally" and instead focus on referring to specifics that you offer the employer which is really what they'd like to read.
