Response from Carl: Thanks Hezy. I can't tell from your Objective what sort of job you're applying for or what skills you bring to the table ie. why would I want to interview you?

You mention what you're looking for (ie. achieving your goals) but make no mention of what you offer a potential employer which is really what they're looking for.

Since you mention in the Job Title section that you're an HR professional, what accomplishments of skills do you have in the HR field that a hiring manager would possibly like to know: Payroll management? Dispute resolution? And so on...
